Operations Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a mid-level Project Manager & Operations Coordinator to run day-to-day operations across our factory, sites, and logistics. This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working on the factory floor, managing teams, coordinating sites, and taking full ownership of projects from build through installation.

This role requires someone who leads by example, is organised, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from production through delivery and site installation

  • Work daily on the factory floor alongside the build team

  • Lead and manage site teams, including travel and overnight stays when required

  • Coordinate procurement, and suppliers when necessary

  • Manage stock levels, materials, tools, and equipment check-outs

  • Oversee quality control at factory and site level

  • Ensure safety compliance, toolbox talks, and safe work practices

  • Coordinate deliveries, transport, and site readiness

  • Manage storeroom organisation and asset tracking

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in construction, manufacturing, or operations

  • Strong people management and practical problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working hands-on with tools and teams

  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle

  • Willing to travel and stay over on sites when required

  • Organised, calm under pressure, and accountable
