Through our PodInn joint venture model, Podhaus provides your farm with a fully equipped, handcrafted accommodation pod at no upfront cost. You manage the Airbnb listing and guest experience, and we split the profits 50/50.

What do we Expect from you?
Management
Add a septic tank, solar power and water supply
Landscape the surrounding area so the roads are good and the site is well kept
Add signage so guests can find their stay
Keep the pod clean and well stocked for guests
