At Podhaus, we offer a variety of services to ensure your individual needs are met.

  • Purchase a fitted Pod complete with all the bells and whistles.

  • Receive a Pod and pay us back over time.

  • You have the land, we have the pods. We rent a beautiful space from you to drop our pods for AirBnb (and share the profit). Find out more here.

  • We will complete your pod to the extent you wish, so if you want to be involved, you can!

Your pod is under construction. An estimated production time will have been communicated to you per the agreement (usually between 2 and 8 weeks).

We’ll keep you updated along the way, and feel free to arrange a time to pop in and check on your pod’s progress.

Get in touch in whatever way suits you best - whether it’s by email, phone, or an in-person meeting. Once we understand your vision for your pod, we’ll start bringing your dream to life.

Site inspection

As we build off-site, we need to confirm your land is suitable for delivery. For a small call-out fee (deducted from your deposit), our team along with a logistics expert will inspect the site to assess access for trucks and cranes, looking at factors like trees, buildings, and entry points. We’ll also evaluate the land for foundations and how to best integrate the pod into your space. If needed, we can assist with landscaping through our trusted architects and contractors.

Get ready!

While waiting for your pod to arrive, simply ensure the site is ready for installation — or leave it to Podhaus if prior arrangements have been made.

Plan & purchase the pod

Congratulations! Now that your site has been approved, it’s time to plan your pod. Choose one of our designs or work with us to customise it as you wish. Payment is made in stages and is ex works, meaning the buyer is responsible for transport and delivery from our site. The call-out fee is included in the initial deposit.

  • 5% – Initial deposit (incl. planning and call-out fee)

  • 45% – On signing the Purchase & Sales Agreement

  • 30% – After utility installation sign-off

  • 20% – 14 days before shipping

Your pod will be move from our factory and installed at your location by professionals within 1-2 weeks.
