Exterior Features
The look and feel of real wood is unbeatable that’s why we’ve put in the extra effort to create a long lasting, good looking, and quality finish using reclaimed and up-cycled wood, imported Irish pine.
Our 36m2 deck doubles your living space, and a rooftop deck allows you to enjoy views from another location. We use wood plastic composite (WPC) decking which doesn’t fade or stain and carries a 35 year warranty.
The outdoor bath are is a great space to relax and get closer to nature. The breakfast bar is a perfect spot to dine and socialize on the deck.
Structurally, each pod and their modules (deck, roof, etc.) have been designed to be modular, meaning it can be installed moved, upgraded or added to very easily.
A 54m2 roof provides ample space for rainwater catchment which feeds into your storage tank, provides shade to the deck, and can accommodate enough solar panels to be fully off the grid.
Interior Features
Our Pods use incorporated smart home technology which uses Google Home to control your lights, fans and entertainment. The power consumption is also monitored to allow you to track yours or your guest’s usage and encourage cutting down. Overhead, task and mood lighting lets you create any atmosphere you want inside the pod.
With help from an interior décor specialist, the leopard pod is designed and furnished to accentuate subtle tones of South African heritage within the minimalist interior space,
Pods are equipped with a bed frame which raises to store things out of sight. We encourage minimalism to only have enough space for essential items
